Fondling the Bulb Catalogs (Again)
Allium sphaerocephalon
Drumstick onion. 15-36" high, dense bloomer. Flowers are oval and about 1" long.
Most importantly, likes heat, tolerates drought, disease & bug resistant, and
not floppy.
